GamCare provides free support, advice and free counselling for anyone affected by problem gambling. They also run the National Gambling Helpline.

GamStop

GamStop is a free self-exclusion scheme for UK players. Once registered, you will be excluded from all UKGC-licensed gambling sites for the period you choose (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years).

Gamblers Anonymous

Gamblers Anonymous UK runs support groups for people who have a gambling problem. Meetings are free and confidential.
